FAQ

Q: How do I know when it’s the right time to ask for help?

A: The answer is when you’re ready for help. Ironically we can need help for a long time before we are ready. Usually we have to exhaust every option we think of before we are ready to say “I need help” and mean it. If you aren’t ready for help, then it’s not the right to for us to talk. When you’re ready to let me help you, let’s schedule a time to chat.

Q: I’ve tried a lot of things, what makes you think you can help me?

A: Often when a person struggles to find answers or answers that are actionable and work they aren’t asking the right questions. Often by changing how we look at a challenge we can ask different questions, get different answers and get back on track.

Q: I’ve always handled all my own problems, what can hiring you do for me that I can’t do myself?

A: That’s great that you’re a self managing person. Often we have the hardest time asking for help because we think in some way it’s admitting we aren’t smart enough or haven’t tried hard enough. Asking for my help is none of those things. When we work together we can perhaps re-frame the challenge, talk through struggles and get a clear, actionable plan to get started on right away. Often the answer is right in front of us, we just might not like what we see or perhaps we need to be held accountable for what we already know. Working together we’ll get you on track and back to getting results.

Q: What kind of businesses have you helped?

A: I’ve spent the last 15 years building and coaching a variety of businesses including local brick and mortar, online, ecommerce, bloggers  property rentals, service businesses and many more. On average since the age of 21 I’ve earned a 6 figure income self employed, have built businesses from as little as $50 and have helped others do the same. My first business was alleged at age 5 when I was observed charging the neighbor kids $.25 to play on a snow slide I built in the front yard. I made $125 that winter and bought my first really nice sled. Had my first good failure at 16 when my partner emptied the bank account and left town leaving me owing $25,000 to our supplier without a penny to my name. Awesome.

Q: I have limited funds, how can I be sure spending money on coaching is the right thing to do?

A: Limited resources is actually a blessing in some ways. Google has the culture of always acting like a start up. It keeps us setting our priorities right and not wasting resources. Time perhaps is our most precious however. While money may be limited, we can always get more. Time we can’t. Working together we’ll get results faster and get you working on profitable activities sooner. Of course if after our call you don’t feel you received maximum value, then you don’t owe me a dime.

Q: Do you offer a guarantee?

A: Gladly. Your time and money are precious as are mine. I don’t work with people I don’t think I can help. If we work together and after our call you don’t feel you received maximum value then you don’t owe me a dime and you’ll receive a full refund no questions asked.
